Ingredients

  • 400ml double cream
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • 2 small bananas , sliced
  • 3 meringue nests, crushed
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds , toasted

Method

  • STEP 1

    Whisk the double cream, tahini and icing sugar to soft peaks. Layer the tahini cream into dessert glasses with the sliced bananas, crushed meringue nests and salted caramel sauce. Sprinkle over the sesame seeds to serve.
